Dermatology Locums – West Virginia | 2–3 Weeks/Month | No Call | January 2027

Job description

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist for a locum tenens assignment beginning January 2027. This position offers a flexible schedule of 2–3 weeks per month, Monday–Friday, with no call requirements in a well-supported outpatient dermatology clinic.

Position Highlights

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Coverage Needed: 2–3 weeks per month

Clinical Responsibilities

- Provide outpatient general dermatology care
- Evaluate and manage common dermatologic conditions
- Conduct routine dermatology examinations and consultations
- No specialized procedures required

Practice Environment

- Single-provider dermatology clinic within a multispecialty setting
- Dedicated dermatology clinical support staff
- Dedicated examination and procedure rooms
- Shared waiting area supporting seven departments
- Integrated clinical documentation assistant to streamline charting

Candidate Requirements

- Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
- Active DEA
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience
- West Virginia medical licensure required prior to practicing

Candidates eligible for IMLC or a West Virginia temporary license may be considered
