Position Summary

An outpatient dermatology practice in the Rochester, NY area is seeking a full-time Locum Tenens Physician Assistant for a 6-month contract assignment. The clinician will manage high-volume general dermatology patient visits across a primary clinic setting with potential floating to a nearby regional site. Flexible scheduling options may be available.

Clinical Overview & Practice Details

Practice Setting: Outpatient Dermatology Clinic (Potential floating to secondary regional clinic).

Patient Volume: 25 – 35 patients per day.

Clinical Support: 1 designated support staff member (LPN, RN, or MA) provided for every 12 patients.

EMR System: Epic [REQUIRED].

Submission & Candidate Requirements

Licensure: Active New York State Physician Assistant License in hand [REQUIRED].

Board Certification: Active NCCPA Board Certification [REQUIRED].

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical dermatology experience [REQUIRED].

EMR Proficiency: Recent, documented experience using Epic [REQUIRED].

Certifications: Active AHA BLS Certification [REQUIRED].
