Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) for a 6-month full-time locum tenens assignment in Rochester, NY.

Schedule & Hours
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Standard 8-hour day shifts)

Hours per Week: 40 hours/week

Call Requirement: Scheduled shifts only; No Call

Key Responsibilities & Work Details
Patient Volume: 25 to 35 patients per day

Support Staff: 1 dedicated support staff member (LPN, RN, or MA) provided for every 12 patients

EHR System: Epic

Floating: Open to flexible scheduling and supporting nearby clinic sites as required

Requirements
Licensure: Active New York (NY) State License in hand

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience

EHR: Must have recent experience charting in Epic

Certifications:

Board Certified (PA-C)

Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Work History: Up-to-date CV with full work history (all gaps >30 days must be explained)

Malpractice: Written physician statement required if involved in any malpractice claims (dismissed or active
