Job Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time, 6-month locum tenens opportunity in the Genesee Valley region of New York. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call responsibilities and the opportunity to work within a well-established healthcare network utilizing Epic EMR.

Position Details

* **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
* **Shift Length:** 8 hours

* **Schedule Flexibility:** Available

* **Floating:** May be required to provide coverage at a nearby location when needed

Responsibilities

* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
* Perform comprehensive dermatologic assessments and develop treatment plans.
* Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR.
* Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
* Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive skin care.

Practice Details

* See approximately **25–35 patients per day**.
* Dedicated clinical support staff (RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant) available to assist patient care.
* Epic electronic medical record system.

Qualifications Required

* Board Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
* Active New York Physician Assistant license.
* Current BLS certification.
* Minimum of **3 years of recent dermatology experience**.
* Recent experience using **Epic EMR**.
