About Step One:
Step One is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality outpatient addiction and mental health services to individuals in need. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Developer-Outreach Coordinator - Liaison to help us grow and maintain relationships with key referral sources, and to promote the important work we do.

Job Overview:
The Outreach Coordinator - Liaison will be responsible for expanding Step One's reach by acquiring new referral sources and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical and outreach background, be highly outgoing, and have a deep understanding of the substance use and mental health counseling field.

Key Responsibilities:

Referral Acquisition: Identify and develop new referral sources and outreach opportunities that would benefit from Step One's services.
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing referral sources and affiliated organizations.
Referral Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between referral sources and the clinical team at Step One, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Intakes/Assessments: Ability to provide intakes/assessments to new clients at their location in the community or at an inpatient facility prior to their discharge.
Community Events: Represent Step One at various events, conferences, and industry gatherings to increase visibility and foster connections.
Professional Presentations: Ability to professionally present Step One at other organizations via in-services, answer any questions about Step One, its processes, procedures, programming, and eligibility.
Marketing Material Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials while managing inventory within budget provided.
Social Media Management: Ensure a strong social media presence for Step One, engaging the community and promoting services.
Website Management: Keep the Step One website updated with accurate and current information about services, events, and other key details.
Collaborate with Administrative Staff: Keep open communication with site administration to remain in tune with any updates in programming and changes that may affect service delivery and ability.
Qualifications:
Strong marketing and sales skills.
Outgoing, personable, and able to build relationships with ease.
Knowledge of addiction and mental health counseling.
Previous experience in healthcare marketing.
A clinical license or certification (CASAC, MSW, MHC, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW).(Preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
