The facility operates under a team-based model in which clinical leadership serves as the primary lead for treatment planning and clinical engagement.

About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Professional Counselor will serve as a lead management member of the treatment team, functioning as the primary facilitator for all clients across the continuum between admission and discharge. The clinician will monitor the progress of each client's treatment plan and delegate the plan for clinical engagement to the treatment team. This is a full-time, day shift position requiring on-site presence at a residential treatment facility.
