About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults managing behavioral health and addiction-related issues, maintaining a caseload of 10-15 clients per therapist with weekly sessions and occasional clinical groups. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the clinician will complete biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and assist with discharge planning. This is a full-time, day shift position totaling 40 hours per week conducted entirely on-site within a residential treatment setting. Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification is preferred. No call coverage is required for this position.
