About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual, group, and family therapy to an adult population within a residential treatment setting, maintaining a caseload of 10-15 clients per therapist with weekly sessions and occasional clinical groups. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the clinician will manage cases involving behavioral health and addiction-related issues. Responsibilities include completing biopsychosocial assessments, participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and assisting with discharge planning. Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification is preferred for this full-time, day shift position requiring no call coverage.
