This site is in need of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide care/coverage for this correctional facility's patient panel.

The facility is located 40 minutes from Sacramento, California.

About the clinician's workday

This role follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an average of 12 patients per day. The provider will be supported by an AP and RN team and will use the Cerner EMR system. Credentialing takes approximately 4-5 weeks.
