SCHEDULE • Coverage Type: Inpatient • Schedule Type: Clinic and Call • Call Type: Weeknight Beeper Call • Schedule (per week): Please see below • Dates of Need: 2 Weeks per month • Shift Times: 7a-7p, with night call • Lunch N/A • Provider Min # Shifts Required: 2 weeks per month • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 12 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 Per Day • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

CREDENTIALING • Current CV Must be uploaded to bid • License: Active or IMLC • DEA Required: Yes • Boards: Board Certified Only • Skills/Certs: 

*CLEAN FILES ONLY* Providers with settlements, DUIs/drug issues, restrictions, terminations, Medical Board actions, etc. are not eligible for temporary privileges **Note on rates: We are increasing the rate for clean providers who are able to start in December. For this need only, will be a daily rate inclusive of all inpatient hours and night call. The rate will be $4,500 per day, no OT or Callback to be billed.** Looking for cardiology providers to work on a long term ongoing basis.

Need is inpatient coverage 7o/7off, inpatient and rounding daily 7a-7p with night call after shift. Providers need to be available to for at least two full weeks per month. Credentialing can be expedited only for those with clean file. For December, we would need: -December 1 through December 13, probably need 2 docs to fill in -December 28 through January 3. Ongoing coverage through 2027, two weeks per month. OT after 12 hours per day.
