Non-Invasive Cardiologist MD/DO - Inpatient Coverage in Washington

Aya Locums is partnering with a hospital-based cardiology service seeking a Non-Invasive General Cardiologist for ongoing inpatient coverage beginning in December 2026.

Coverage is expected to be approximately two weeks per month. The daytime schedule is generally 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with overnight beeper call during the assigned coverage block.

The cardiologist will provide inpatient General Cardiology care with an average volume of approximately 8 - 10 patients per shift. The clinical scope includes echocardiography, TEE, and Nuclear Cardiology. This is a Non-Invasive Cardiology assignment and does not include Interventional or cath lab responsibilities.

The facility uses Epic and is seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist with recent inpatient Cardiology experience. BLS and ACLS will be required.

Physicians who already hold a Washington license are welcome, and cardiologists using the IMLC are also being considered. A DEA will be needed for the assignment.
