Heart Failure APP (NP/PA) – Locum Tenens
Location: Madison
Start: ASAP | 13-week assignment (3–6 month potential)
Seeking an experienced Heart Failure APP for an outpatient role. Candidates must have established heart failure experience.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Practice Setting:
* Outpatient
* Focus on heart failure management
