Job description

December starts
3 month contracts - ongoing coverage needed.
7a-3p, 3p-11p, overnight call optional
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Details:
· Support Staff: CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs
· Would prefer FT; will consider PT providers with consistent monthly availability
· Patients per day: 6-12
· Patient Population/Age: Peds-Geriatric
· Department Description: Level 2 trauma. Medically directed- will supervise CRNAs
· EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active WI license required – not considering non-licensed candidates at this time
· DEA: Required
· Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
