• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a-3p
• Setting: Hospital
• Types of cases: Orthopedics, Neurology. No Obstetrics or Pediatrics. Also, will supervise CRNA's.
• Credentialing time: 60 days
• Requirements: Board certification
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC

Chattanooga, TN
• Cross credentialing at Parkridge Medical Center and Parkridge East. 8 or 12 hour shifts depending on location.
• Setting: Hospital
• Types of cases: Orthopedics, Neurology, No Obstetrics or Pediatrics
• Credentialing time: 90 days
• Requirements: Board certification
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper/Meditech
