Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a-3p
Setting: Hospital
Types of cases: Orthopedics, Neurology. No Obstetrics or Pediatrics. Also, will supervise cRNAs.
Credentialing time: 60 days
Requirements: Board certification
Electronic Medical Record: EPIC

malpractice supplied: Claims made with a tail w/ $1M and $3M

Travel supplied:
Flight, rental, and Lodging

Flexible schedules:

1 week on 2 weeks off
2 weeks on 2 weeks off
3 weeks on 1 week off

Will accept 4 days a week for 4 weeks if you are looking for long weekends
