Locum Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Hanover, PA

Zeal Med is seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Hanover, PA, starting 11/30/2026. Contract runs through 3/31/2027.

Position Overview

Specialty: Anesthesiology
Start date: 11/30/2026
Contract length: through 3/31/2027
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
Coverage: Full-time Monday-Friday, no call

Work Details

Support staff: CRNAs
Practice model: mixture of medical direction and doing own cases
Patient population: all ages (typically 1 year and up as an outpatient facility, occasionally under 1 year for ENT tubes and tonsils)
Case types: outpatient cases, all specialties except cardiac and OB
Skills required: ortho with blocks, high volume
EMR: Epic
Practice setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements

Board certified in Anesthesiology (board eligible not accepted)
PA license or IMLC LOQ
Active DEA
PALS, ACLS, and BLS
2+ years experience preferred
