📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: May 10, 2026
🔹 Contract Length: Ongoing
🔹 Schedule: 4–5 shifts per week
🔹 Shift Length: 10-hour shifts
🔹 Shift Times: 0615–1645, 0630–1630, 0700–1700 (Monday–Friday)
🔹 Call: No call required
🔹 Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred, will consider 1 week per month
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital | Level 1 Trauma Center
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
🔹 Expedited Credentialing: Available with leadership approval; temporary privileges possible with clean file

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Patient Population: All ages
🔹 Care Team Model: Medically directed model (1:3 or 1:4 supervision ratio max)
🔹 Case Mix: Cardiac anesthesia, complex surgical cases, Level I trauma cases, broad procedural exposure across multiple specialties
🔹 EMR: Epic

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Status: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
🔹 License: Pennsylvania license required (or willingness to obtain- licensing assistance available!)
🔹 Certifications: ACLS, PALS
