Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details: Full-time coverage M-F 630a-330p. *Potential in-house call opportunity available for after first shift.
*Providers, if interested, can also work at smaller surgery center
Work Details:
· Support staff: Works solo. Support: 24/7 Intensivist and Neuro. 21 CRNAs and 8 MDs in Practice. Intensivists Run Codes
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 20 shifts
· Patients per day:
· Patient population/age: Our diverse anesthesiology group provides care for a broad variety of cases, including all major adult subspecialty care. Supervising and hands-on provider needs. 90%adult 10% peds
· Department description: 12 ORs and 15-16 Anesthetizing Locations
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills required: General Surgery, GI, Basic Peds, Neuro, OB, GYN, Trauma (Level II), ortho, urology
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Board Eligible within 3 Years of Residency. NPDB report required to be considered
· License required: PA or willing to obtain licensure, paid by Aya
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: no
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
· Minimum experience required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• Facility will license Physician to join their team
