Position Overview

Seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a full-time locum tenens assignment in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a supervision-only position with no requirement for the anesthesiologist to perform their own cases.

Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Five 10-hour shifts per week
Must commit to full-time coverage, 4 weeks per month
No call
Clinical Details
Supervision only – MDs do not perform their own cases
MDs supervise CRNAs
Approximately 50 anesthesia rooms
Case mix includes:
General
Cardiac
Orthopedics
OB
Pediatrics
EMR: Epic
Must be flexible to provide coverage across affiliated facilities as needed

Requirements
Board Certification required
Active North Carolina medical license required
Must be comfortable with General, Cardiac, OB, and Pediatric anesthesia
