About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Richmond Hills, NY, working Monday through Friday on 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. The surgical case mix includes bread-and-butter procedures, trauma, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and interventional neuro radiology; cardiac cases are excluded. Clinicians must be available to cover one in-house 24-hour weekend call shift per month, with no post-call day off provided. Board certification is required, and temporary privileges are granted on a case-by-case basis once the credentialing file is complete.
