Anesthesiologist Locum Needed in Neveda
Carson City, Nevada

Schedule
• 12 hour day shifts + night call (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• OR Call rotated equally among providers while on assignment
• Call response time: 20 minutes

Practice Setting
• 3 MDs and 10 CRNAs during the day
• Physicians supervise CRNAs and perform their own cases
• Majority of cardiac cases performed by physicians
• EMR: Epic

OR & Procedural Coverage
• 11 OR sites (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, including OB)
• 5 OR sites (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, including OB)
• 3 OR sites (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, including OB)
• 1 Endoscopy Room
• 1 CV Room
• 1 Cath Lab Room

Case Mix
• Cardiac, General, Orthopedic, OB, Urology, GI, Podiatry, Healthy Pediatrics, ENT, Neuro, Vascular, and Thoracic

Requirements
• Active Nevada license required prior to credentialing
• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 120 days
• Cardiac experience strongly preferred

• 12 hour shifts + night/weekend call
• Mixed cases
• IMLC license/Active NV license
