About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Independence, Missouri, working Monday through Friday on 5x8 schedules. The surgical case mix includes orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, and GI procedures; OB, cardiac, and neurological cases are excluded from this assignment. Clinicians will very rarely perform independent cases, as the role operates primarily under a physician supervision model. Call coverage is optional and may be incorporated into the rotation if desired.
