Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Medical Center Setting - Level 2 Trauma
No call

Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: 8 Anes, 20 CRNA, Will be required to supervise CRNAs

Types of Cases:75% Adults, 5% Pediatrics 20% Trauma
Mixed of General (25%), Obstetrics (10%), Complex Vascular (10%), Complex Orthopedics (10%), Bariatric (20%), and Miscellaneous (25%)

EMR: Cerner
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
