About the clinician's workday
This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with options for Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, 5x8-hour shifts, or 4x10-hour shifts, following a 3 weeks on/1 week off model. The patient demographic consists of 75% adults, 5% pediatrics, and 20% trauma cases. Case distribution includes 70% general, 20% OB, and 10% bariatric. The team comprises 8 MDs and 20 CRNAs, with responsibilities involving the medical direction of CRNAsno solo cases except in emergencies. The facility features 12 operating rooms, advanced equipment such as DaVinci robots and Mindray machines, and uses EMAR for documentation. It is a Level 2 trauma center with 200 beds, requiring BC, BLS, and ASCLS certifications. Credentialing takes approximately 60-90 days.
