Schedule Details: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Call Coverage from 5 pm-7 am on weeknights and weekend call
EMR: EPIC
Procedures: General, Ortho, OB, GYN, Opthalmology, Podiatry, Epidural & Regional/Spinal Blocks
Board Certification/s: Anesthesiology
State License/s: Indiana (Willing to accept IMLC IN licensure)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA

• Scheduled + On Call required
