"Join a collegial team of six CRNAs at this thriving independent community hospital in Southern Illinois, just outside of Evansville, IN.• Extraordinarily competitive compensation – $310-425K+, commensurate with experience and scope of practice • Best-in-industry scholarship stipend/loan support: $300K • Generous signing bonus and relocation stipend • Desirable case mix – lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, no OB • Come and go as you please and avoid waiting around at the hospital if it’s a slow day! If the surgery schedule is light, you’re free to go home (or not come in) and it still counts as a workday.• Outstanding work/life balance – 32-34 hours per work week on average• This is an extremely financially stable hospital, and their surgical services are the “crown jewel” of the organization.
