ANES Needed for FL - Flexible Schedule - Competitive Pay

Job description

Seeking 1 Full-Time Anesthesiologist to provide float coverage at two locations - MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT BOTH
Start: ASAP - URGENT - Dates needing coverage: 10/14/26-10/28/26
End: Ongoing as needed

Candidates must be willing to cover both facilities at all times and remain flexible with shift times.
Daily site needs are confirmed the day prior based on surgical and anesthesia staffing.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7a–5p
No call
Pasadena has 1 OR open on Fridays, staffed by an MD only.

Case Mix:
OB spinals/epidurals
Orthopedics
Upper/lower extremity regional blocks
General surgery
TAP blocks
Bread-and-butter cases
Outpatient surgery and endoscopy
Short overnight stays depending on patient condition

Volume & Staffing:
Approximately 5–20 cases/day
MD/CRNA ratio:
St. Pete: 1:3–1:4
Pasadena: 1:5
Support staff includes CRNAs and 1 anesthesia technician
