Requirements:

Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship Required
TEE Experience Required
Active Florida License
Must reside more than one hour from the facility

Additional Details:

Level II Trauma Center
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Temporary privileges considered on a case-by-case basis
$450/hour
12-Hour Call: $1,000
24-Hour Call: $1,500
Malpractice Insurance Provided
