We're building out the region and we want someone who wants to be part of that long term.

This is a Regional Site Director position. You'll have your own home-base site while overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in the region.

80% clinical / 20% administrative
Oversee scheduling, operations, and performance across Tampa Bay area ASCs
Currently staffing four locations with five new sites joining soon

Compensation:
- Base pay starting at $600,000 plus benefits and performance bonuses
- Malpractice, Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
- 6+ weeks vacation

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- No nights, no weekends, no call

Requirements:
- Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
- Florida license or eligibility
- Ambulatory or ASC experience preferred
