Job Description:
The General Anesthesiologist will:

Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists practicing across:
-Level I Trauma Center
-Level III Trauma Center
-Outpatient Surgical Center
-Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of cases, including:

High-acuity trauma
Obstetrics (OB)
Major spine procedures
General surgery
Vascular surgery
Thoracic surgery
Orthopedics
ENT
Gynecology
Urology
Gastrointestinal procedures

-Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
-Participate in a manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance
-Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
-Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
-Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists
-Optionally participate in leadership and teaching opportunities (not required)
-Contribute to a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared successre

Compensation and Benefits:
-With a Base Salary worth up to $469,000 – $520,000 annually
-$20,000 starting bonus
-Additional income opportunities through extra shift availability
-Relocation package may be available for qualified candidates
-Paid malpractice coverage
-Quality Incentive Bonus: Up to $30,000 annually
