Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Looking for FULL TIME providers, or as close to full time availability as possible (20 shifts per month).

· Providers Requested: 5
· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility, Pediatric Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 28 ORs
· Special procedures: This surgical program is high volume/high acuity and fast paced environment, please make sure that providers experience matches and that they will be comfortable with a very busy surgical program.
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, spinal, neurological, head, spine, Ventilation management, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, CRNA supervision
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: None
· Certifications required: ACLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• No on call
