CRNA's needed in PA - High Competitive Rate - Full-time Needed

Job description

· Support staff: 4 anesthesiologists/day; 15–18 CRNAs/day; no AAs. CRNAs work under anesthesiologist medical direction at no more than a 4:1 ratio.
· Coverage Type: Full Time
· Schedule Details: 10-hour shift, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, 3–6 month assignment with possible extension. Vacation coverage: 8-hour shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3–6 month assignment with possible extension; schedule discussed with Chief CRNA. No CRNA call. Occasional/rare late stay may be needed but is not required.

Candidate will be floating between the 3 facilities

Work Details:
· Facility Type: Hospital; also includes a CRNA-led endoscopy center.
· Practice Setting: 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath lab.
· EMR/Charting Software: Cerner.
· Vaccines Mandatory? Not listed
· Avg. Daily Census: Approximately 40 anesthesia cases/day, including endoscopy. Individual CRNA volume varies by assignment; examples include 10–15 GI cases, 6–8 cystoscopies, or 3–4 general cases.
· Patient Age Group: Adult and pediatric cases; pediatrics not required but helpful.
· Procedures: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred. OB optional. Opportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals if desired. Trauma and cardiac cases are covered by staff CRNAs.
