CRNA Licensing Opportunity – Full-Time | Level I Trauma Center
Job description
Start Date: Flexible
A large hospital is seeking a CRNA for full-time coverage in a medically directed, team-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-acuity setting with a broad and complex case mix.
Schedule:
4–5 shifts per week (10-hour shifts)
Weekday shift options:
6:15 AM – 4:45 PM
6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend/night coverage needed:
Saturday/Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Practice Setting:
Hospital-based, Level I Trauma Center
593-bed facility
Medically directed model (1:3, max 1:4 ratio)
Collaborative team with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty providers
EMR: Epic
Case Mix:
Trauma
Neuro and spine
Cardiac and thoracic
Vascular and acute pain services
OB/GYN
General surgery
GI
Pediatrics
Plastics
Orthopedics
Robotics
Non-OR anesthesia (NORA locations)
Note:
CRNAs do not perform blocks
CRNAs do perform epidurals independently
Skills Required:
General anesthesia (GETA)
MAC
Regional anesthesia
Spinals
Ultrasound-guided techniques
Requirements:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Pennsylvania license required - Open to licensing candidates
ACLS and PALS required
2+ years of experience preferred
Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Expedited credentialing may be available with leadership approval for providers with a clean file
