Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide full‑time anesthesia coverage across a wide range of surgical and procedural areas. This role offers exposure to diverse patient populations—from pediatrics to geriatrics—within a 593‑bed Level I Trauma Center. CRNAs work within a medically directed model and perform GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and ultrasound‑guided techniques, including independent epidurals. Cases span trauma, neuro/spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, GI, ortho, plastics, robotics, and NORA locations. Schedules vary by daily assignment, with 4–5 ten‑hour shifts per week and additional weekend night needs. Epic EMR is used throughout the department.

• High‑acuity, Level I Trauma exposure across trauma, cardiac, neuro, OB, pediatrics, and complex surgical services
• Collaborative medically directed model (1:3 max 1:4) with strong support from anesthesiologists and specialty teams
• Consistent full‑time scheduling with 10‑hour shifts and opportunities for both weekday and weekend coverage
