CRNA Locums Opportunity – Tillamook, OR | Independent Practice

Job description

We are seeking a CRNA for a locum tenens opportunity in Tillamook, Oregon. This is an all-CRNA practice offering strong autonomy, a diverse case mix, and consistent weekday scheduling with rotating call coverage.

Assignment Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Call Rotation:
Every 3rd weeknight
Every 4th weekend
Call Response Time: 20 minutes

Practice Setting
All-CRNA practice model
3 ORs
3 providers during the day
EMR: Cerner

Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, OB/GYN, ENT, Endoscopy

Requirements:
Case logs required to verify epidural, spinal, and block experience
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90–120 days
