Practice Model: Independent CRNA practice (no supervision)

Credentialing: 45–60 days

EMR: Meditech with some paper charting

Board Status: Must be Board Certified


Case Mix

Endoscopy

Ophthalmology

OB/GYN

General Surgery

Trauma

Neonatal


Skill Requirements

Must be proficient in:

Spinals

Regional blocks

Epidurals

Case logs required (proof of spinals, blocks, and epidurals)


Facility & Staffing

2 Operating Rooms

1 Endoscopy room

1 provider during the day

Sleep room available if needed


Licensing & Compliance

Active ND license (or ability to obtain)

DEA & CSR required

Vaccination required (religious and medical exemptions accepted)
