Contract Length: 6 Months (26 Weeks)

Shift Details:
Will look at full time and part time providers.
PT providers who can work 2 weeks per month or 2 shifts per week.
Schedule: 7A – 3P

Work Details:
- PROVIDERS MUST BE ABLE TO FLOAT
- No new graduates
Willing to license for Compact license only

• Medical Direction will be done at this location
o Patients per day: 60+ Cases per Day
o Patient population/age: All Ages
o Department description: Anesthesiology
? 20-ORs (general, ortho, gyn, ent/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, trauma)
? 5-NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI)
o EMR: EPIC

• Flexible Schedule: 4x10 or 5x8 shifts (7A–3P / 7A–5P) | Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Will License (Compact License Only)
• Travel Included
