Position Overview

Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: May
Practice Model:

Supervision model with 1 MD and 4–6 CRNAs per day
85% supervision / 15% independent cases


Case Mix:

No trauma, no OB
Approximately 4,900 cases annually
Bread‑and‑butter cases including general, ortho, GYN, and high GI volume


OR Coverage: 4–6 ORs
Daily Staffing: 5–7 providers total


Schedule and Coverage

Shift Length: 8‑hour shifts
Coverage Structure: Daytime coverage
Supervision: Yes
Regional Skills Required:

Spinals, blocks, and epidurals – must be proficient

Provider Requirements

Licensure: Active North Carolina (NC) license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
DEA: Required
Case Logs: Required


Credentialing

Timeframe: 60–90 days
