About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a medical direction model during day shifts at a hospital operating room in New York, NY, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week on a flexible schedule that may include 24-hour and 12-hour shifts. The surgical case mix includes General Surgery, Level 1 Trauma, OB, Pediatrics, Thoracic, Plastics, GYN, and bread and butter cases; cardiac and transplant cases are excluded. Peripheral nerve block experience is preferred for this assignment. Clinical documentation is managed through Epic EMR, and no call coverage is required.
