Location: Jefferson City, Missouri
Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Openings: 2
Start Date: Late December / Early January
Assignment Length: 5–6 months with potential to extend

Opportunity Overview
This hospital-based anesthesia team is seeking two CRNAs due to recent retirements. They are prioritizing consistent coverage and strongly prefer full-time providers, though reliable part-time availability (1–2 weeks per month) will be considered.

Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00a – ~3:00p
8-hour guarantee
Full-time preferred
Consistent part-time considered if dependable
Call (Bonus):
Weekday and weekend call available
Ability to take call is a major plus (not mandatory)

Practice Setting
Anesthesia Model: Supervision
MD:CRNA Ratio: 1 MD : 2 CRNAs
EMR: Epic

Case Mix
Bread & butter anesthesia
Orthopedics
OB (required; light volume but OB rotation required)
Spine
Vascular
Endoscopy
Pain
Urology
Light pediatrics (can accept CRNAs who do not see peds)
Case Volume: Typically 2–11 cases per shift (endo-heavy days higher)

Requirements
Active Missouri license preferred
Compact-eligible licensing candidates accepted
ACLS & BLS required
PALS required only if seeing pediatrics
OB experience required
New grads considered (adjusted rate applies)

Credentialing
Timeframe: 4–6 weeks
Interview: Phone interview required
Local candidates may be asked to complete a site visit (can occur after acceptance)

Compensation
Hourly rates vary based on travel needs:
$220/hr – Full travel & lodging required
$230/hr – Mileage + lodging only
$240/hr – Mileage only
Travel and lodging provided as applicable.
