Aya Locums is seeking a Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide ongoing coverage at a tertiary hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This opportunity offers flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour daytime shifts, a supportive supervised care model, and optional call coverage.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: February 2027
• Specialty: CRNA
• Coverage Type: Locum tenens
• Coverage Need: Full-time coverage—40 hours per week
• Schedule: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Shift Times: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Call: Optional 12-hour Saturday beeper call and 8-hour weeknight call
• Overnight Coverage: Occasional weeknight or weekend overnight shifts may be available but are not required

Work Details
• Practice Setting: Tertiary hospital, Level III facility
• Patient Population: Ages 12 and older
• EMR: Epic
• Care Model: Supervised model
• Support Staff: 4:1 care team model with a 24-hour anesthesia aide department
• CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements
• Minimum Experience: 1 year of CRNA experience
• Active Minnesota RN license required
• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse Anesthetist license required
• ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certification required upon hire

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90–120 days
