Job description

• Schedule: 6:30a – 3p, 6:30a – 5p (8hr and 10hr shifts only); minimum of 2 shifts/week
• Job Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP start – 3-month assignment.
• Types of Cases: CV, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia, No OB, No PED
• Patient Encounters per shift varies; 2-7
• EMR: EPIC
• No call requirements.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
• Must Be Board Certified
• Open to licensure!

• Will License
• Minimum of 2 shifts per week
