CRNA needed in Lexington, KY:
• Start Date: December 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Patient Volume: 1-9
• Patient Demographic: All Ages
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart); No OB

Requirements:
• State License: Active KY license NOT required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Credentialing: 90 days
