Independent Practice | High-Acuity Cases | Long-Term Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This position offers a diverse case mix, autonomous practice, and the opportunity to join a high-acuity hospital-based anesthesia team with ongoing coverage needs.

Position Highlights
Location: Bowling Green, KY
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 26 weeks with ongoing extension potential
Monday–Friday Schedule
10-Hour Shifts: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Optional Call Available (Not Required)
Long-term, full-time coverage need
Practice Environment
Hospital-based anesthesia practice
High-acuity department
CRNAs perform their own pre-operative and post-operative assessments
Ideal for providers who are confident practicing independently and managing a broad range of cases
Case Mix & Procedures

Providers should be comfortable with:

General Surgery
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery
Cath Lab
Electrophysiology (EP)
Endoscopy
C-Sections
Pediatric Dentistry

Required procedural skills include:

Independent practice
IV placement
Arterial line (A-line) placement
Strong general anesthesia experience
Patient Population
Adult and Pediatric patients
Requirements
NBCRNA Certified
Kentucky License (or willingness to obtain, pending confirmation)
Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience required
No new graduates
