Ready for your next locum adventure? Aya Locums is looking for CRNAs to join multiple Illinois facilities offering flexible schedules, diverse cases, and great long-term opportunities!

🔥 **Assignment Highlights**

• 13-week locum assignments
• Start dates: ASAP, September, October & November
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
• EMR: Epic
• Active Illinois license required at presentation
• Cross-credentialing opportunities available within the health system

📍 **Bolingbrook, IL**

✨ Flexible 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
✨ Full-time preferred (40 hours/week)
✨ Monday & Friday availability required
✨ Call available but not required

Call Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday: 7 PM–7 AM
• Friday: 7 PM–7 AM
• Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour call
• Call-back paid at hourly rate

Cases Include:
General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, OB, and bread-and-butter cases

No major cardiac or vascular cases

📍 **Hinsdale, IL**

🏥 Level II Trauma Center

Case Mix:
General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Urology, Pediatrics, ENT, OB, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Pain Management, and more.

📍 **La Grange, IL**

⭐ Heavy Orthopedic Practice

Cross-credentialing available with a nearby Level II Trauma Center featuring a wide variety of cases.

📍 **Chicagoland, Herrin & Murphysboro, IL**

🏥 Level II Trauma Centers | Community Hospitals | ASCs

Case Mix May Include:
• Neuro
• Open Heart
• General Surgery
• Healthy Pediatrics
• Orthopedics
• Plastics
