Assignment Details:
• Start Date: August 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 4x10 shifts, 7a–5:30p; 4 weeks/month
• Practice Setting: Hospital anesthesiology under medical direction model; must be flexible to float
• Case Mix: General OR and procedural anesthesia including OR, GI, IR, and ASC settings
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• State License: Illinois (required)
• Certifications: NBCRNA Board Certification, DEA
• Minimum 2 years of experience
