Locum CRNA needed in LaGrange, IL

Job description

Locum CRNA needed to start as soon as credentialed in LaGrange, IL

Minimum hours: 30 hours per week, not looking for any locum PRNs, need consistency
Shifts: 8s are our priority must be able to work Fridays
Credential everyone at two sites about 10 minutes apart
Beeper call: Mon- Thurs: 7p-7a; Fri 7p-7a; Sat (24 hours); Sun (24 hours); Call back at their hourly rate
EMR: EPIC
Cases: Ortho General, endo, some major vascular and OB
Credentialing 60 - 90 Days
