CRNA Schedule

• Monday–Friday

* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
* 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend Coverage

* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Anesthesiologist Schedule

• Monday–Friday

* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Trauma, Pediatrics, OB, ASC, OR, Cath Lab)
* 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (OR, Trauma, Pediatrics, OB, ASC)
* 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (OR, Trauma, OB)
* 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Trauma, OB, and On-Call)

• Weekend Coverage

* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OR, Trauma, OB)
* 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (OR, Trauma, OB)
* 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Trauma, OB, and On-Call)

Call Requirements

• 12-hour call shifts available Sunday–Saturday

• Providers willing to take call will receive scheduling priority

Position Details

• Strong pediatric anesthesia experience required

• Must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients of all ages

• Light OB coverage with high-risk obstetric experience preferred

• CRNAs practice in a medically directed care team model

• Anesthesiologists provide both medical direction and independent patient care

• Approximately 20% of anesthesiologists' time is spent personally providing anesthesia

• CRNAs perform 100% of operative cases under medical direction

• Labor epidurals performed by both CRNAs and Anesthesiologists

Requirements

• Active Florida license required

• Active DEA required

• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) required

• Current TB test required

• 24 months of case logs required for credentialing

Credentialing

• Temporary privileges considered on a case-by-case basis

• Mandatory orientation held on the 4th Friday of each month at 7:30 AM
