CRNA (Multispecialty – Florida Residents Only | Weekend Call Required)

Description:
Seeking an experienced CRNA for a high-acuity, multidisciplinary anesthesia role. Ongoing need with a mix of general, robotics, ortho, trauma, neuro, burns, plastics, GYN, OB, vascular, and healthy pediatrics (no cardiac). Weekend call is required. Strict geographic and prior employment restrictions apply. Clinical interview with site leadership required.

About the facility:
Level 1 trauma center with 15 ORs, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 cath labs, and 2 OB units. ~200 OB deliveries/month. Team-oriented, supportive CRNA group with MD supervision and strong autonomy for experienced providers. EMR: Ipro. Cross-credentialing required at an affiliated surgery center.

Compensation:
• Pay Rate: $185/hr
• Travel expenses reimbursed, including:
Mileage
Rental car
Hotel
Flight
• Malpractice Covered

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide anesthesia across multiple specialties (no hearts)
• Manage high-volume caseload (primarily general, robotics, ortho)
• Work autonomously under MD supervision
• Participate in required weekend beeper call rotation
• Follow facility protocols and complete EMR documentation

Qualifications:
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Florida ARNP License
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (no new grads)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS required
• Clean malpractice/background history
• Must meet all restrictions:
• No work with affiliated group in past 12 months (if within 75 miles)
• No work at site/affiliates in past 24 months
• Must live outside 75 miles if new to group
• Cannot reside in Broward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade counties
• Must provide availability details and complete clinical interview

Working Hours:
• Monday–Friday, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum 16 shifts/month
• Weekend: 2 days/month (Sat & Sun)
• Call (weekend only):
2nd/3rd: 24 hrs
4th: 14 hrs
5th/6th: 10 hrs
• Credentialing: ~90 days
