Duration of Assignment: 12 Weeks

Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 14 Days

Case Types: General, Neuro, & Ortho (Urology Colorectal Bariatrics Oncology Gyn oncology Neurosurgery (heads and backs) Neurointervention (stroke) Vascular Trauma (Level 2) Ortho trauma Wound care Endo MRI IR Very rare cathlab Very rare healthy peds No hearts or OB unless fall under trauma category No transplant)

Active FL License Required

Shift Type: 12 hours

In House Call: Not Needed

Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred

Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred

Overtime Expected? No

Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 24

Are MDs supervising CRNAs? Yes

What is the CRNA to MD ratio? 4 to 1

Are MDs doing their own cases? Yes
